Strategy & Leadership

Structures with spirit, systems with direction

For years, I’ve worked alongside institutions, cultural agents and public organizations to design strategies that don't just tick boxes — but reflect who they are, where they come from, and where they want to go.

In a context where leadership is often confused with performance, and strategy with productivity, I choose to work differently: with clarity, with courage, and with care. I support organizations in creating strategic frameworks that are not built on noise or urgency, but on coherence, long-term vision and meaningful decisions. Because direction matters — and so does the way we get there.

I help design strategic pillars, guide leadership transitions, and accompany processes of institutional transformation that require alignment between governance, identity and narrative.

→ Because systems are only as strong as the questions they’re built upon.
