With over a decade of experience in the field of European Higher Music Education and the implementation of quality frameworks, I work alongside institutions to co-create evaluation systems that are rigorous, aligned with strategic goals, and respectful of the unique mission of each educational or cultural body.

With a background in philosophy, music and business, and an MBA in New Technologies and Digital Transformation, I help institutions, organizations and professionals navigate digital change with strategic clarity. For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of youth empowerment, education policy and institutional governance. From representing student voices at national councils to leading youth-focused reforms in Europe, my work has helped bridge the gap between young people and the systems that shape their development.
