Teaching & Mentoring

Education as a place to ask better questions

I offer teaching, guest lectures, and mentoring programs rooted in my experience at the intersection of music, education, cultural ecosystems, and institutional transformation. My approach is human, critical, and interdisciplinary — built on years of navigating artistic and academic contexts across Europe.

I collaborate with:

  • Universities and conservatories interested in expanding their approach to artistic education, student voice, professional development, or cultural policy.

  • Individuals —musicians, professionals, or students— looking for personalized guidance, listening, or musical training outside of traditional formats.

  • Conferences, festivals, and cultural institutions seeking keynote speakers or facilitators to bring depth and relevance to their programs.

Topics I teach or speak about include:

  • Creative and professional identity in changing times.

  • Ethics and sustainability in digital and cultural transformation.

  • Higher music education and policy.

  • Piano, improvisation, listening, and inner work in music.

  • Youth voice, leadership, and systemic change in the arts.

  • The role of the artist as thinker and social contributor.

Whether in a classroom, on a stage, or in one-to-one sessions, my role is to guide and accompany learning processes— while opening spaces for reflection, clarity, and growth.
