Ágora Cívica in Barcelona

These days, Barcelona becomes a hub for dialogue and reflection on culture and civic participation with the celebration of Agora Cívica. Organized by the City of Barcelona, the Barcelona Provincial Council, the Government of Catalonia, and the Ministry of Culture, this forum creates a unique space for exchange between institutions, citizens, and cultural actors. Agora Cívica stands as a living laboratory to explore new forms of participation in cultural policy and decision-making that shape the cultural life of our communities. Its mission is clear: to strengthen the connections between culture, democratic governance, and civic engagement. We will be closely following the conversations, proposals, and initiatives that emerge from this space, convinced that they will provide valuable insights for rethinking the role of culture in contemporary society. Stay tuned for updates from Agora Cívica in Barcelona!
